As a Mental Health Day Services Practitioner, you will support our clients to undertake a range of daily tasks including personal and self-care, eating and maintenance of personal hygiene. You will be proactive in promoting community inclusion through following up on community-based opportunities for our participants, based on their interests and hobbies. You will also assist our clients to participate as much as possible in community activities.You will support clients in varying shift staff to client ratios from 1:1 or 1:4.
