Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Work closely with potential and existing enterprise clients to understand their challenges and demonstrate how our solutions can meet their business needs.
Technical Expertise: Present and articulate complex software solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Solution Customization: Collaborate with the sales and product teams to tailor product demonstrations and proposals to meet specific client requirements.
Support Sales Cycle: Partner with Account Executives during the sales process, providing in-depth product knowledge and addressing technical questions to drive successful outcomes.
Proof of Concept (POC): Manage POC implementations to showcase the platform's capabilities and secure client buy-in.
Training & Enablement: Assist in onboarding new clients and provide ongoing training to ensure seamless adoption and usage of the platform.
Feedback Loop: Collect and communicate client feedback to the product and development teams to contribute to continuous product improvement.
Qualifications: You don't have to tick every box!
Experience: 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Consultant, Pre-Sales Engineer, or similar role, ideally with complex SaaS or enterprise software.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software architecture, integrations, and enterprise-level solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and communication abilities, with the capability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly understand client requirements and provide effective solutions.
Collaboration: Team-oriented, able to work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and customer success.
Business Acumen: Strong understanding of client business drivers and ability to articulate the value of our solutions in context.
