The ideal person should have a calm and patient nature, be resilient, and be able to provide the right support in various situations.The RoleAn exciting opportunity is available to join my team of dedicated Support Workers who assist me in my daily life on a 1:1 support model.Due to some of the challenges I experience, I may withdraw at times. In these moments, I need my Support Worker to help distract me and guide me through my emotions. At times, my behaviour may be challenging or confronting due to my limited capacity to regulate emotions.
