Latrobe Regional Health (LRH) currently has an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified Research Administration Officer to join our Research and Clinical Trials team. This position is on a part time, fixed term basis of 64 hours per fortnight until early April 2026. The Research Administration Officer will perform a range of high level administrative and secretarial duties, supporting the General Manager of Research and Partnerships and the Research and Clinical Trials Unit. The role will also provide assistance with general administrative work pertaining to the Research and Clinical Trials Unit and undertake other duties required, as directed by the GM or Manager, providing these duties are within the competency or training of the successful candidate.
About You The ability to perform diverse secretarial and clerical tasks at an Executive level. Outstanding organisational and daily management skills. An extensive knowledge of general office procedures. The ability and confidence to anticipate the needs of the General Manager to ensure an efficient and coordinated working environment. The ability to work independently. A responsible and mature work attitude. A flexible approach to requests and tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
