ABOUT THE ROLE
Every day will be different in this role and you will be responsible for providing exceptional service for every customer. This includes finalising purchases of products, assisting in applications for finance, organising product deliveries, and any other requests that may come your way. It’s your role to ensure that your customers always leave the store happy.
This role also involves resolving customer concerns. You will need to have resilience in tough situations and be able to think outside the box to resolve problems.
We are looking for someone who loves going above and beyond for their customers and will do whatever it takes to ensure that every customer leaves the store satisfied with their purchase.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will be a strong team player with a passion for working with people and interacting with customers. Effective communication skills are essential, including strong listening skills to understand customer requirements and develop solutions. This is a busy role, and you will need to enjoy following processes and procedures.
You must have experience in the customer service industry, and a strong background in administration is essential. A can-do, positive attitude is required for every shift in store.
