Additionally, this role is required to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the highest level of safety is maintained.The working days for this role will be Tuesday to Saturday.Your responsibilities will include:Provide an exceptional customer experience by building strong relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external) and ensure a high level of communication by responding to, and actioning, requests in a timely manner.Provide support to ensure any identified risks are regularly reviewed and strategies implemented to eliminate, mitigate or minimise their impact.Support the development and delivery of projects in a way that creates a safe, sustainable and innovative culture that drives a competitive advantage for Mirvac.Contribute to the preparation of the Strategic Asset Plan(s) and operational and capital expenditure budgets as required, and provide support through continuous monitoring, reforecasting and prudent management.Create and approve work orders, tax invoices, service and minor capital works contracts within delegated limits of authority.Daily inspection of all plant and equipment to ensure operational readiness for occupancy/trade.Ensure all areas of the asset are maintained to the highest presentation standard and safety levels.Assist with the review of proposed works to ensure that all building/alteration works meet architects/consultants’ specifications and any NCC or statutory requirements and obtain relevant approvals.Assist with the preparation of scope of works for planned operational or minor capital projects, including all relevant documentation and data entry.Escalate all critical service interruptions with an understanding of the impacts on our customers and tenants.Assist in the management of all contractors and service providers, and their ongoing performance, in accordance with Mirvac policies and procedures.Monitor and ensure up to date maintenance of all statutory logs, Asset Registers and planners relevant to the assets.Understand the NABERs rating scheme and its major influences, and apply at an asset level.In line with statutory requirements, assist with the completion of annual Fire Safety Compliance certification.Ability to be on call 24/7, work on weekends and attend to after-hours calls.Act as Duty Manager on evenings/weekends/public holidays as required.Champion the consistent application of the key Mirvac values, leading by example and promoting a high-performing and collaborative environment.Your point of difference2+ years of experience in all facets of facilities management typically stemming from a solid administrative and/or technical background.Demonstrated experience in a high-volume role with conflicting priorities.Demonstrated understanding of Australian Standards, NCC, HSE, DDA and other risk management issues.Detailed understanding and practical experience of BMCS systems.Demonstrated experience managing contractors and contract schedules and ensuring prompt payment.Commercial/Financial acumen.Technical competency with trade or tertiary qualifications preferred, but not essential.A customer-centric focus with the ability to develop and maintain exceptional stakeholder relationships, and liaise with people at all levels.Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work effectively, ensuring deadlines are achieved on time.Understanding of project management and risk management.Ability to adapt to change, deal with ambiguity and complexity.Proactive and self-motivated mindset, with the ability to solve issues as they arise and to improve system and process efficiencies and effectiveness.A commitment to quality, professionalism, confidentiality and attention to detail.Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.Life at Mirvac93% of our employees said that ‘they were proud to work for Mirvac’.Leadership and Professional Development Programs including Mirvac Masters.Diverse workforce with over 25 ethnicities and 33 languages spoken.Discounts across health, wellness, lifestyle, motor vehicle, travel, technology.Rewarded with $1000 Mirvac Securities annually.All of these attributes are preferred; if you think you may be the right fit for the role, please still apply.
