The company is celebrated for its professionalism, non-hierarchical structure, and strong leadership that promotes a sense of community and makes it an enjoyable place to work!The RoleReporting to the Bid Manager and Chief Estimator, this varied position incorporates a bit of everything! You will be exposed to all elements of the bid process while managing multiple tenders at any given time.Your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Registering new tenders and preparing tender summariesFormatting all tender schedules to ensure they align with brand standardsSource and edit CVs, company statistics and project informationUpdate company CRM and estimate drives with tender informationCollate tender submissions including printing and bindingWork closely with Estimators, Pre-Construction and Project Managers to ensure deadlines are met for tender submissionsAssist with submission writing as requiredMaintain and audit the bid libraryPrepare weekly estimating reportsActively support the team with general ad hoc admin dutiesAre you the ideal candidate?Qualification in Construction Management, Marketing or Business ManagementExperience in the delivery of high value bidsAdvanced Microsoft Office skills (especially MS Word)Strong Adobe Suite skills (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)Excellent written communication and ability to produce a high standard of documentation in line with brand guidelinesExceptional organisational, time management, and attention to detailExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team, often in a high-pressure environmentEnthusiastic, confident and a ‘can-do’ attitudeDon't miss out on this fantastic opportunity.
