Salary: $31.24/hour + super + salary packaging up to $15,900/annum

As a Care Worker servicing clients in the Orange and surrounding area, you will enable our clients to live their best possible life by helping them with everyday activities such as:
* Support and assistance with personal care (showering and dressing)
* Household cleaning and laundry
* Meal preparation
* Providing respite for carers
* Transport to and from appointments/shops
* Social support
* Assisting with complex care needs
What do we need from you?
You will need to be comfortable working independently in the community, possess excellent verbal communication skills, and have an empathetic, patient, and caring nature. This role requires a valid driver licence and a reliable motor vehicle with a minimum of Third-Party Property Damage car insurance.
* You will be provided with a company mobile phone to access emails, rosters, and client care plans.
* Background checks, including a police check, are required.
