About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Academic Services Officer, as the Regional Manager: Mount Gambier, you will support staff and students at the University’s Mount Gambier campus and build strong partnerships with key stakeholders to enhance UniSA’s reputation as a destination of choice for students in the Limestone Coast and South-West Victoria.
You will be responsible for the overall management of the regional campus and provide a critical link to the rest of the University in the delivery of high-quality education and support to students in Mount Gambier.
This position is based on the picturesque Limestone coast and requires the successful candidate to reside in Mount Gambier for the term of the appointment.

* Significant leadership and management skills and the demonstrated ability to motivate and unify staff operating in a complex operational environment
* Proven ability to function at both strategic and operational levels within an organisation to ensure the delivery of complex programs and services and where necessary to implement change and innovation
* Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, development, and implementation, and in preparation and presentation of clear reports on diverse issues
* Ability to identify, synthesize, and connect research opportunities through working with staff across the university and the local regional community
