Key Responsibilities: Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching stock. Maintain inventory accuracy – track stock levels and manage replenishments. Pick, pack, and dispatch orders with precision and efficiency. Lead and support a small warehouse team, ensuring smooth daily operations. Coordinate deliveries and liaise with transport providers. Ensure warehouse organisation, safety, and compliance with regulations. Conduct regular stocktakes and resolve inventory discrepancies. Our Ideal Candidate: Warehouse experience – at least 2 years in a similar role. Leadership skills – ability to supervise and motivate a team. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Licences required: Forklift, HR, and a valid driver’s licence. Physically fit and capable of handling manual stock movements. Knowledge of inventory control and basic warehouse systems. Understanding of OHS regulations and commitment to safety.
