The Position:
* You will be assisting the team with in and out of office duties;
* Routines, entries and exit inspections
* Tenant liaison
* Maintenance and repairs
* Processing applications
* Open homes and private inspections

Requirements:
* 6-12 months Property Management experience minimum
* QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
* Valid drivers license
* Excellent computing skills and attention to detail
* Outstanding organisation and time management
* Ability to deliver high-end customer service to owners and tenants
