The Company:
Our client is a highly respected global electronics industry. This position will sit within the Online Operations department based at the Sydney Olympic Park Office. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining operational excellence of marketplace and dropship opportunities.
About the role
You will be working on maintaining marketplace and dropship accounts as well as assisting the New Business Manager to close new opportunities. You will also troubleshoot issues that may arise from these marketplace and dropship accounts. This involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders while being the main point of contact for the numerous accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Marketplace Sales & Operations Management
* Manage end-to-end operations of 3PD Sales Channel (e.g Ebay) which includes pre and post sales, making sure the varied and channel specific SLAs are met.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with 3PD clients, serving as the primary point of contact for their requests.
* Meet regularly with other members of the team and external party’s (EBay Marketing Team/Logistics/Customer service) to discuss progress and find new ways to improve New Business operations.
* Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities, communicate with the sales team regularly, and manage internal approvals with DTC SLT.
* Identify and resolve all operational issues with 3PD sites and fix Root causes (Jira) with relevant stakeholders.
* Manage the month-end and year-end close processes with Finance team (AR) to meet their SLA.
* Report on the status of accounts monthly and transactions.
* Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
* Communicate with Marketplace customers within relevant portals and via email within SLAs regarding sales enquiries, order updates and escalations
About YOU:
* Experience with customer service and project management or account management
* Exposure to e-Commerce platforms and systems (Latitude, PayPal, Hybris, Adyen, SAP, MS Office, Afterpay, Monday) Preferred but not essential
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
