Whether you’re applying for your first role or you’re a seasoned individual, we offer some great opportunities to develop your career in the technology industry alongside our network of best-in-class vendors and caring and collaborative co-workers.We now have a great opportunity for a Digital Marketing Specialist.In this role, you will be responsible for owning and delivering various B2B digital marketing projects and campaigns to our partners and the wider ANZ IT Channel.Key responsibilities of this role include:Managing, maintaining and developing the B2B digital platforms and systems on an ongoing basis.Working closely and collaboratively with the ANZ Channel Marketing team to manage end to end delivery of digital projects.Developing web and mobile user experiences.Facilitating workshops with internal stakeholders.Overseeing the production of digital assets in an agile and fast paced environment.Manage, coordinate and oversee the production of developments and enhancements to the various digital marcomm and project management platforms used by the Tech Data ANZ Team.Manage, coordinate and create digital assets to support B2B marketing activities, communications and campaigns through Tech Data ANZ HubSpot platform.Build, launch and report on effectiveness of digital campaigns and asset performance. Provide feedback and analysis to internal and external campaign stakeholders.Set up, manage and communicate digital campaign analytics and reporting insights.Manage the development and delivery of various B2B digital marketing initiatives, including but not limited to SEO, social media marketing and content development.To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills, experience and knowledge:Solid experience in B2B digital marketing and production, working in an agile and fast paced environment.Experience and knowledge of best practices in developing and executing digital marcomm and social strategies within a B2B context.Confident in using Content Management Systems (CMS) and building landing pages - understanding of HTML and CSS will be advantageous.Email marketing platform campaign build and execution experience is desirable.Ability to analyse and refine business requirements and concepts into features and user stories.Experience in using the following CRM, Marcomm & Project Management programs/ platforms (or like versions): HubSpot, Asana, Sprinklr, Team-Up.What’s on offerThe base salary (range) for this role is between $73,000 to $83,000 p.a.As an organisation, we also offer:Great team culture.Hybrid working environment (At least 2 days in the office).Great learning opportunities to grow professionally and personally through our education assistance program, focused individual development plans and from your co-workers.Opportunities to give back to our community through volunteering in our partnership with United Way Australia.Work hours flexibility (regardless of age, gender etc.).On-site parking.Paid parental leave scheme including options for gradual paid return to normal work hours - a great program that we are especially proud of.Strong reward and recognition programs.Interested to learn more?
