About the Role
The Facilities Manager will report to the Head of Workplace Solutions and be responsible for coordinating the Workplace Solutions team in regards to all activities (hard and soft services) including being the point of contact for Samsung interstate offices.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide Facilities support and guidance to the Workplace Solutions team on a day-to-day basis
* Support with Space Planning and plan and carry out internal moves
* Develop and implement plans and activities to enhance employee experience
* Drive the Workplace Solutions related Environmental and Sustainability initiatives, including communication
* Evaluate compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards by conducting regular inspections and audits
* Ensure all relevant approvals are in place for Workplace Solutions related works and services
* Drive the development of new Standard Operating Procedures and updates for existing ones
About You
Minimum of 7 – 10 years' experience working in Facility Management within a corporate environment
