Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and objectives.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
* Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
* Handle employee relations issues, mediating conflicts, and addressing employee grievances.
* Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
* Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
* Oversee internal Learning Management System – World Manager experience helpful
* Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including salary reviews, employee benefits, and incentive programs.
* Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
* Conduct regular audits to ensure HR processes are efficient and effective.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management.
* Collaborate with the senior leadership team to contribute to the company's overall strategic planning and decision-making process.
* Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organisation.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Solid understanding of HR best practices and current trends.
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
* Demonstrated experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Ability to contribute effectively as a member of the senior leadership team.
