Job DescriptionProvide day-to-day support to the payroll team in areas of compensation, benefits, HRIS, and compliance activities.Review the monthly Payroll Results, Bank Files & Reports for each client before submission to ensure the quality and accuracy of the deliverables.Prepare the consolidation sheet for each report and analyze any variances.Maintain the deliverable tool and update it with the actual delivery time, justifying any gaps.Monitor all opening tickets and ensure they are solved and closed on time.Enhance the payroll team to achieve the quarterly objectives defined by management.Participate with the payroll Manager in launching new projects in the setup and implementation phases.Coach the payroll team and guide them to improve their skills and achieve the required goals.Advise clients on disciplinary and grievance matters in accordance with labor law.Develop and maintain a system to ensure that staff files are kept up-to-date.Apply employment laws, rules, policies, procedures, and best practices.Understand compliance and interpret HR policies and procedures within the context of best practices and applicable legal and regulatory standards.Ensure delivery of year-end reports for clients and yearly tax reconciliations.Job RequirementsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers.Hard worker and team player.Excellent command of the English language.Time management skills.Ability to lead subordinates.
