Job Responsibilities:Set up the cafe for food service and bar operations.Prepare and cook food items, including jaffles, dumplings, and other menu offerings.Mix basic drinks and serve beverages in line with RSA procedures.Run food to tables, ensuring timely and professional service.Manage stock control, including ordering food supplies.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations.Deliver a positive guest experience, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Prepare and serve food in line with food hygiene and safety standards.Engage with customers professionally and handle feedback effectively.Assist the Venue Manager with security-related matters when necessary.Support with shift handovers and operational transitions.Ensure compliance with RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) procedures, escalating issues where necessary.Work collaboratively with the Venue Manager and General Manager on:Menu and concept planning.Stock control and introduction of new products.Service procedures and operational improvements.Adapt to business changes and ensure consistent service delivery.Contribute to a positive team environment by fostering effective communication and cooperation.Engage in constructive feedback discussions and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.Demonstrate flexibility in responding to real-time operational needs.How do your skills match this job?Our workplace is dynamic and challenging.
