The Oracle Consulting organization aims to grow revenue & increase value contribution to our customers by: Providing best-of-industry services to enhance customer satisfaction & enable business value Advocate for innovation, providing expertise & specialization through a high-performance organisation Driving optimized solutions via an agile & efficient methodology Position Description, Responsibilities and Expectations Based in Melbourne or Sydney Australia As part of the OC ANZ Capability Team, the Technology Manager - Digital will be responsible for Facilitate technical discovery to identify customer requirements, and then work with sales and project management resources to document these technical requirements and help recommend Oracle Cloud Technology architecture and solutions Lead implementation, configuration and integration of Oracle Technologies including OIC, Marketing Cloud Technology products including CX Unity, Responsys, Eloqua, BlueKai, Infinity, Maximiser, CX Audience, CrowdTwist Managing expectations and delegate share of work effectively to drive success while staying within scope of the service Effectively communicate ongoing progress to clients and internal stakeholders Run multiple accounts and projects in parallel Supporting pre-sales and OC growth, working with sales team and project managers Identifying, developing, applying and gathering innovative solution capabilities, IP and service offerings Work with on-premise/legacy technology customers as well as Cloud to achieve business outcomes Providing best in class services and quality to ensuring customer delight Ensuring quality, timely and cost-effective solution outcomes, via hands-on delivery of projects from pre-sales through to customer outcomes Apply leadership skills to work with onshore and offshore resources to drive quality outcomes Share your industry/technical knowledge and experience with the larger OC team Coach and mentor Oracle Consulting team members Foster and provide thought leadership in Digital Technologies for OC ANZ Ensure adoption and benefit realisation for our customers undertaking the transformation journey Ability to travel as needed Australian resident or citizen Tertiary Qualifications Knowledge & Experience Proven Experience (10 years) experience in Digital Technology implementation roles in the industry 5 years’ experience working in professional services or consulting with demonstrated ability to provide advisory/thought leadership and share insights with our customers Experience in leading digital Transformations utilising cloud technology, Oracle Fusion SaaS preferred A solid track record of building strong client relationships with large organisations, as well as identifying opportunities to deepen those relationships and grow the relationship Excellent analytical and conceptual problem solving skills Excellent communications skills and ability to influence key stakeholders Use of Design Thinking and Lean Six Sigma methodology, tools and templates Managing cross-functional teams on-shore and off-shore and ability to work collaboratively Infrastructure: public, private & hybrid cloud deployments with experience of moving On-premise workloads to Cloud required; networking, storage, compute Strong demonstrable knowledge and experience in TOGAF or similar Able to communicate & discuss solutions with customers around Evolving & new technologies, across the Oracle Technology stack IaaS, PaaS and SaaS technology expertise Mandatory Skills Experience in Oracle PaaS and SaaS Products. Oracle Products covered include Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Marketing Cloud, Oracle APEX, Oracle Visual Builder, Oracle Responsys, Oracle Eloqua, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Fusion Analytics Warehouse, Oracle GenAI and ML Services – Digital Assistant, Language, Document Understanding. You will require expertise in at least two of the Solution Pillars you are responsible for including: Digital Experience (Web and Mobile Development, Cloud-Native Solutions, etc.) Customer Experience Technologies (Marketing Automation, Customer Data Platforms, Analytics, etc.) Oracle Integration Cloud Analytics (Business Intelligence Tools, Data Warehousing Solutions, etc.) Reporting (Transactional Reporting, Business Intelligence Reporting Tools) AI/ML (Chatbots, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Anomaly Detection, Forecasting) Expert Knowledge of one of the domains above is essential, and reasonable knowledge across others is preferred.
