This is a full-time permanent role based at our head office in North Ryde (Note that this is an on-site position).Job DescriptionMaintain and reconcile customer accountsGenerate reports on accounts receivable statusEnsure timely payments and contact customers via calls/emails regarding outstanding balancesPerform bank reconciliationsProcess and manage cancellationsInvestigate unresolved issuesCollaborate with internal departments to address customer inquiriesQualificationsHave excellent attention to detail and time management skillsPossess an understanding of the accounts receivable function or have previous experience in an accounts environmentDemonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skillsProficient in MS Office, including Word and ExcelAbility to multi-task and prioritize your daily workloadPlease note that only people with the right to work in Australia should apply.
