Curtin University seeks highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our Future Students team as Curtin Connect Advisors (Future Students). This role is part of the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor Academic and will be based in Perth, Western Australia.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual who can provide expert guidance and support to prospective students and their influencers. As a frontline advisor, you will play a vital part in shaping the educational journey of our domestic prospective students.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high quality service to prospective students and their influencers across various enquiry channels, including phone calls, in-person appointments, online enquiries, and events.
* Be the primary contact for prospective student queries related to course information, entry requirements, alternative pathways, admissions, enrolment, scholarships, and fees.
* Maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders such as University Marketing, Domestic Admissions, and Faculty staff.
* Support marketing campaigns and assist with targeting specific audiences through service delivery and outreach.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, plus benefits including:
