Our client is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and improvement of their online procurement platform to better serve government and industry users. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining a product strategy that aligns with their strategic vision, ensuring the product meets user satisfaction and delivers customer value, and overseeing the organization's product and services portfolio.The Product Manager will prioritise product requirements, design enhancements based on market and user research and manage the product life cycle to meet customer needs. Additionally, the role involves creating a product life cycle management framework, championing product management principles, and initiating the creation of new products and services to identify new opportunities. The aim is to simplify, clarify, and expedite the selling of reusable platforms to the government.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a product strategyEnsure the online procurement platform is meeting and aligns with the strategic visionOversee the organisation’s product and services portfolio and the delivery of customer value and/or user satisfaction over time.Prioritise product requirements and design enhancements of the online procurement platform based on marketplace knowledge, develop product roadmaps, and manage the product backlog.Analyse market and/or user research, feedback, expert opinion, and usage data to understand needs and opportunities for design incorporation.Create the product life cycle management framework for internal and external customers and users.
