Your new role
As the Site Manager/General Foreman, you will oversee and manage construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be required to:
* Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.
* Supervise the execution of all project phases, from structural work to finishing trades.
* Monitor project progress, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
* Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly and effectively.
* Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
* Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met.
What you'll need to succeed
Our client is looking for a team player who is ready to build their career and help grow with the company. You will need experience as a Foreman/Supervisor on project homes and luxury residential projects, as well as:
* Strong commitment to safety and excellent communication skills
* The ability to work independently and follow relevant programs/systems
* Proficiency in each phase of construction projects
* Ability to effectively lead a team and solve problems under pressure
* Proven experience completing projects from start to completion
* Proven longevity at past businesses
