Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team at Alfred Health. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with patients to help them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
The Department: Our Occupational Therapy Services operate across The Alfred, Caulfield, and Sandringham Hospitals. We provide high-quality, evidence-based care and value professional development and clinical supervision.
The Role: As a Grade 1 Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing Occupational Therapy Services within a designated clinical caseload. This may include rotational positions in ABI, rehabilitation, and aged care caseloads at the Caulfield site, as well as the acute Occupational Therapy Service at The Alfred and Community Rehabilitation Program (Caulfield).
The Responsibilities: Your key responsibilities will include assessing and treating patients, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered care.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor of Applied Science (OT), Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, or recognized equivalent. You must also hold full registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia (AHPRA) and be a member of OT Australia (or eligible for membership).
