As the Site Leader you will lead, manage, and set direction for the Hexion Brisbane Major Hazard Facility (MHF). This role oversees all functions of the site, including the technical disciplines, human resources, and financial controls. Who will you be working with? As the Site Leader you will play a key role in leading the Brisbane site to meet the industry benchmark in all areas of operational discipline, whilst establishing and maintaining a cohesive culture that achieves the outcomes of the business and wider organisation. What will you be doing? Key tasks of this role include but are not limited to: Provide leadership, management, and direction for the Brisbane plant. Sustain a comprehensive Safety Management System, including OHS, Process Safety and Mechanical & Electrical Integrity Systems. Develop year on year risk mitigation plans, including hazard identification and risk assessment. Drive site to achieve optimum productivity, regulatory compliance, asset integrity, quality, and cost effectiveness. Accountable for full compliance with all relevant legislative requirements and regulations. What do you need? Bachelor of Business / Engineering or relevant Science Degree highly desirable. 5+ years' experience as a senior leader, with 10+ years' Chemical, Pharmaceutical, or FMCG manufacturing industry experience. Experience in industrial automation role highly regarded. Previous experience in a leadership role within a MHF highly regarded.
