What you’ll do Lead product management efforts, focusing on consumer lending projects and aligning with strategic goals. Drive customer journey optimisation by improving the overall customer experience, representing the voice of customer. Manage and mitigate product risks, ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory frameworks such as KYC, FATCA, and CRS. Oversee origination enhancements by identifying improvement areas and implementing structural changes to processes, services, and channels. Ensure stakeholder alignment through transparent communication and relationship management with internal and external partners to keep everyone informed of our progress. Support the develop and implementation of an acquisition strategy that aligns with both local and global objectives, ensuring successful execution for desired business and customer outcomes. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial targets, including acquisition volumes, approval rates, and conversion rates to drive success. Actively participate in essential ceremonies like tribe reviews and planning sessions to guarantee team alignment and readiness for project execution. What we’re looking for 5 years of relevant experience in product management, process and channel optimisation, and financial reporting in banking or financial services Demonstrated depth of relevant working experience as a product manager, or delivering acquisition strategy in Financial Services (preferably Cards and/or Personal Loans) or a similar industry Demonstrable experience leading or influencing changes to customer journeys (ideally including journey digitisation initiatives) that have improved portfolio growth, time to decision and customer experience Experience in a customer environment, where the customer needs are at the heart of the proposition development Ability to work effectively in a diverse range of stakeholders and partners Ability to work at pace; accountable and committed to seeing things through Able to challenge ideas constructively and suggest possible solutions Excellent stakeholder management skills Experience in new platform development and implementation from technology and business side (nice to have) What’s in it for you?
