Parts Interpreter Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Parts Interpreter to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service through accurate and timely interpretation of parts for internal and external customers.
* Phone and retail counter servicing.
* Internal workshop supply.
* Accuracy in quoting.
* Handling pre-delivery requirements.
* Liaising between panel shops & mechanical workshops.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills.
* Current Manual Driver's License.
* Computer Literacy in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
* Computer software knowledge/experience in relation to Parts Department including ERA (Reynolds & Reynolds).
