Do work that matters Build your career as a Change Analyst, supporting the management of people impacts of Group Security initiatives to make a real difference to our people and our customers. Use your agile mindset, love of transformation and passion for the user experience to support the delivery of high-quality change approaches and interventions. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting Change Impact Assessments to better understand the impacts of change for our people and the Group. Identification and ongoing management of key stakeholders. Lead simple change and support complex change across multiple Squads via the planning, creation and delivery of fit-for-purpose change solutions and interventions (including change strategies, communication collateral, training and support materials, presentations). Implement business readiness tracking metrics to ensure quality readiness assessments. Identify, monitor and assess OCM specific success metrics to demonstrate the value added by change support. Contribution and collaboration across the Group Security OCM Chapter to drive knowledge sharing, learning and problem solving. We want to hear from experienced Change Analysts with: Understanding of Organisational Change Management methodology, and the value of OCM within an initiative. Strong previous experience in a Change Analyst role (or other change roles) and the ability to work proactively and independently. A proven track record of contributing to OCM deliverables. Strong verbal (including presentation and facilitation) and written communication skills (including translating technical language into simple, easily consumable communications). Organisational skills and a proven ability to achieve deadlines and prioritise effectively. Passion to build and develop relationships with stakeholders. Familiarity with agile practices. Interest in Group Security delivery (experience in delivering technology projects is an advantage but not a prerequisite). A growth mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities at the same time.
