The Nurse Educator shall be responsible for the development, implementation, and delivery of nursing education programs across the UPA Riverina Region.Duties of a Nurse Educator will substantially include, but are not confined to:Providing leadership and direction in education within the Region.Assisting in meeting current and future workforce learning needs to provide the highest quality care for residents/clients across all services in the Region.Implementation and evaluation of staff education and development programs.Implementation and evaluation of Resident education programs.Support and mentor workforce where training needs are required.In fulfilling the role, it is essential that you have: Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.3-5 years of clinical experience.
