About the role
4. General Workflow Management.
5. Monitor construction workflows, identifying schedule gaps and diligently ensuring the timely completion of tasks.
6. Oversee project scheduling, prioritising tasks to optimise project timelines and resource allocation.
7. Proactively track and follow up on stage claim dates on a weekly basis, collaborating closely with site supervisors.
8. Generating Construction and Executive Reports.
9. Dispute resolution and addressing contract-related concerns.
10. Assist supervisors in scheduling Bricklayers, Carpenters, Painters, Tilers, Landscapers - Issuing of work releases.
What you need
11. Relevant qualifications, or minimum 3 year's experience, within the Residential Building Industry with a solid understanding of current legislation.
12. High level communication and presentation skills.
13. Onsite Companion experience is essential.
14. Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel & Outlook.
