You will play a key role in providing secretarial, administrative, and project support to two partners and the wider team. Collaborating closely with colleagues across local and global teams, you'll focus on improving workflows, anticipating needs, and ensuring smooth operations. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, handling calls, travel arrangements, and expense reimbursements. Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and communications, liaising directly with clients as needed. Assist in preparing invoices and coordinating with other business support teams. Organize new matters and manage conflict clearance processes. Prioritize and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of efficiency. Skills & Attributes Previous experience in a law firm is a plus, but not required. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and PowerPoint. Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. Professional telephone manner and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
