What you will bring to the team:
1. Previous experience in Buildings, Earthworks, Cofferdams, Revetments, Structures, Marine or Electrical
2. 5 + years construction experience, with significant supervision experience
3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
4. Critical thinking and problem-solving working skills with experience working on site in a fast-paced construction environment
Your focus will include:
5. Coordinating site construction activities within assigned areas
6. Scheduling and coordinating work to be performed and monitoring progress
7. Interpreting plans, regulations, codes of practice, labour control and material deliveries
8. Manage, lead and drive on site activities in accordance with best safety practice
9. Ensuring that all applicable safety codes, requirements and standards are complied with
10. Provide guidance, direction, and support to ensure a safe and productive work environment
