The Role:With a Statewide focus, the Change Manager will provide high-level consultancy services in support of Healthcare and Financial Sustainability Improvements. This includes:Leading change management activity and transition of change into business and clinical areas.Working with the project leads and working parties across the State to support a consistent and coordinated approach to implementing the sustainability framework.Maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders to support the implementation of project initiatives.You will need to:Provide authoritative advice regarding implementation of strategic initiatives and in dealings with internal and external stakeholders about the delivery of project outcomes.Develop change management plans and strategies that support program outcomes including managing communications changes and consultation requirements into the wider business to improve engagement and change acceptance.Ensure that change management activities are aligned to DoH policies, core business functions and relevant legislation, including identifying issues and undertaking meetings and negotiations.Details of appointment: General Stream, Band 7Fixed term full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible until 30 June 2026.Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.Salary: $128,102 to $134,832 per annum.
