Roles & Responsibilities: Provide both remote and onsite IT support to clients in various industries. Log, manage, and escalate support tickets using an IT service management system. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues. Set up, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and mobile devices. Assist in the deployment, management, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure. Perform routine system health checks and preventative maintenance tasks. Document resolutions, technical procedures, and client configurations. Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT systems and best practices. Collaborate with Level 2/3 Engineers on larger issues or projects. Technical Requirements: Experience with Microsoft 365 (M365) including troubleshooting and user management. Familiarity with Windows Servers and associated services (Active Directory, Group Policy). Basic networking knowledge, including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewall basics. Ability to troubleshoot and support end-user devices such as desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Exposure to virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V (basic level). Understanding of backup and disaster recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam, Datto). Knowledge of Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools is advantageous. Experience with ticketing systems such as ConnectWise or Autotask is highly regarded. To Stand Out: A passion for IT with a genuine drive for career growth and development.
