We're seeking a skilled senior civil/water design engineer with new and remediation design experience and project management skills to join our team. Role Details: Duration: Full Time Key Responsibilities: Develop relationships with Water Clients Seek and win new water infrastructure projects Lead and manage the design of civil and water infrastructure projects, from concept to commissioning. Prepare detailed design calculations, drawings, and specifications. Conduct site investigations and assessments. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 8 years of experience in civil/water design engineering. Proven experience in the design of water infrastructure projects. Strong preference for experience working with Sydney Water, Melbourne Water, Water Corporation of WA and/or Hunter Water. Excellent knowledge of relevant Australian Standards and regulations. Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, WaterGEMS, OpenRoads Designer, etc). Proficiency in MS Office software (e.g., Excel, Word, Project, Teams, etc). Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status is highly desirable.
