Curtin University is seeking a Spatial Information Officer to join our GIS Spatial Information team, supporting the efficient operation and development of our diverse property portfolio across Western Australia.
This role involves managing and integrating critical technical information, including drawings, documents, and data related to buildings, infrastructure, and equipment.
Leveraging BIM, CAD, and document control technologies, your primary focus will be on data collection, CAD operations, and document management.
We're seeking a professional with:
• Significant experience in architectural or building services drafting and/or facilities management, supported by relevant qualifications.
• Proven expertise in AutoCAD, with a minimum of 2–3 years of demonstrable experience.
• A solid understanding of building systems, construction processes, and facilities operations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective engagement with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in technologies such as Revit (BIM), ArcGIS, and document control systems.
Work Requirements:
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Currently living or confirmed relocation to Perth, Western Australia as this is an on-site position.
