Location: Brisbane Type: Permanent Job #17616 About the role The purpose of the Lead Resourcer, is to provide suitably qualified candidates for Exclaim IT commercial accounts.
Working in collaboration with Account Managers and the administration team, this role plays a key part in achieving team goals.
Additionally, the Lead Resourcer provides coaching, mentoring, and technical oversight to other Resources/Candidate Managers, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and fostering a fun yet high-performance culture within Exclaim IT's Commercial team.
