Job Title: Office / Admin
We are seeking a self-motivated and dynamic Office / Accounts Person to join our client's team in Orange, NSW.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in successful and efficient office administration, processing of orders, accounts, and production coordination.
* Ensure effective business communication with manufacturing staff, sales staff, management, and customers.
* Generate invoicing, follow up on accounts, handle telephone enquiries, process purchase orders, and manage logistical functions.
* Enter tasks within an established system and maintain recordkeeping.
Requirements:
* Effective reporting on daily office processing, sales, sales orders, manufacturing, and logistical timeframes.
* Existing accounts and office experience.
* Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong office admin skills with the capability to utilise and navigate through multiple systems.
* A sound knowledge of Microsoft Suites.
* A positive can-do attitude with a hands-on approach.
* Assisting with coordinating daily operations of the office.
* Friendly disposition.
* Knowledge of accounting and business practices; familiarity with MYOB Exo or similar accounting systems will be an advantage.
* Good people skills.
