The Role: As our Finance Business Partner, you'll play a critical role in providing financial leadership and support across our branches. You'll build strong relationships with branch management, offering valuable insights that help drive business decisions and improve financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate business reviews with branch managers, providing financial analysis on trends and key drivers.
* Support branch budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision-making processes.
* Prepare business cases and financial reports to guide operational decisions.
* Support operational teams, to enhance their financial acumen.
* Collaborate with the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager on ad-hoc projects.
* Visit assigned branches quarterly to provide on-site support and strengthen partnerships.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
* A CA/CPA qualification with strong financial acumen.
* Proven experience providing financial leadership to operational teams.
* Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
* Excellent communication skills to simplify financial concepts for all levels of financial literacy.
* Experience in the heavy machinery industry or dealerships (highly regarded but not essential).
