ABOUT THE POSITION We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team selling to a majority on premise customer base. Managing the metropolitan area, the successful applicant will be an effective account manager that fosters key customer relationships, promotes Liquid Mix and its partner brands to grow sales volumes within the allocated territory.Key responsibilities of the role include: Managing a client base of on-premise customers, growing volume, distribution and with existing outlets, achieving sales and distribution targetsExecuting sales Strategy's, Business Plans and Promotional ProgramsPlanning and executing an effective journey plan to cover the territoryEnsuring the right product mix is sold into venuesWorking with existing and new brand partnersSourcing new businessAccurate record keeping and entering of data into company systemsTimely reporting and sales admin tasks as requiredThe ideal candidate: Ideally you will be results orientated, hungry for success and understand the importance of delivering quality customer service to your clients whilst working to meet sales targets.To be successful in the role you will need to have outstanding interpersonal skills, be willing to challenge the norm and have a genuine passion for achieving goals and developing the business.Proven success in a similar sales role with Retail / On premise Experience within the FMCG industry and Liquor industry preferred but not compulsory.TO APPLY AND OBTAIN FURTHER INFORMATION To apply, please submit your resume and covering letter by Thursday, 30th of November 2024.
