Our Mission is to promote the dignity, life and spirituality of older people through connected and inclusive communities.As a result of growth, we have a new opportunity for a career Change Manager to play an integral role within the Enterprise PMO, supporting delivery of a significant Portfolio of Change that is truly transformational.In this newly created position, primarily designed to ensure CHL's planned Change Portfolio – underpinned by a two-year enterprise-wide transformation, you will have the opportunity to take ownership and draw on your extensive change management experience and expertise, to enhance the framework and mature processes.As the Enterprise Change Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing change management practices within the organisation. Reporting to the Senior EPMO Manager, and part of the broader Strategy and Growth team, you will implement, champion, and embed change management practices to support Catholic Healthcare's Enterprise Project Portfolio.Your exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with your ability to develop strong trusted partnerships with stakeholders to provide guidance and influence effective change outcomes will support your success.Your role will include:Overseeing Catholic Healthcare's (CHL) Change Management Framework, ensuring that all projects and programs are designed and implemented within framework principlesChampioning the change management process across the organisation, advocating for its importance and benefitsManaging and assigning change management activity utilising best practice change methodologies, policies, and processes to deliver on time, in scope and budgetDirectly leading teams to plan and deliver change management strategies and plans for large strategic programs of work, and supporting change resources in other projects to do the sameEnsuring the development of comprehensive change management plansConducting thorough assessments to understand potential impact of proposed changes on various aspects of the organisation, including people, processes, technology, and cultureEstablishing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, coaching and supporting project stakeholders in change management initiativesEvaluating effectiveness of change management strategies and identifying opportunities for improvementThe successful candidate will be a highly motivated and organised individual who is solution-focused and has exceptional analytical skills, together with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
