We are seeking committed and energetic Disability Support Workers to join our team and provide support to NDIS clients in their homes and communities.
About Us
Healthcare Australia (HCA) is an international organisation and registered NDIS provider specialising in Core Supports. We provide In Home and Community Access support to NDIS participants.
Your Role
You will be supporting clients with complex mental health needs in a 1:1 setting, both in their homes and in the community. This will involve a range of tasks, including:
* Personal care
* Domestic assistance
* Community Access
* Manual Handling
Additionally, you may be required to manage accurate and detailed shift reports, administer medication, prepare meals, and manage complex behaviours.

Criteria
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Minimum 6 months paid experience supporting individuals living with disabilities
* Minimum Cert III or higher in a relevant field
* 2 Covid-19 vaccination doses
* Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
* Working with children check and NDIS Worker Check
* National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
* Driver licence and own comprehensively insured car (preferred)
