This role will support the delivery of the largest Federal Government Contact Centre.
Your day to day will consist of...
1. Manage the overall Enterprise Risk including: Security Risk, Project Risk, Operational Risk, Business Risk and Contract Management.
2. Responsible for the development and delivery of standards, procedures and conducting risk management activities to ensure the systems are appropriately configured in compliance to policy and technical standards.
3. Involved in conducting threat risk assessment of projects, solutions.
4. Supervise the coordination of activities between the customer and Optus, including all vendors associated with this program delivery.
5. Conduct and manage any audits required for the Customer / Optus / Suppliers associated with this account.
What makes you perfect for the role?
1. Degree qualified, security, business, Certification(s) in Security (CISSP, CISM, CRISC or similar).
2. Extensive experience as a Risk Manager, Senior Information Security Advisor or similar role, i.e. Information / Cyber Security Manager etc.
3. Sound knowledge on security / risk frameworks such as PSPF, ACSC ISM, NIST CSF, ISO 31000.
4. You must be an Australian citizen and be eligible for Federal Government security clearance.
