With no experience required, we are looking for an outstanding candidate who possesses these qualities to enter the rewarding world of Employment Services.
As an Employment Coach, you will play a pivotal role in helping customers find suitable employment and assist them in overcoming challenges they may be facing on a personal and/or professional front.
Ongoing support, mentoring and training will be provided to all staff.
Your amazing people skills will see you:
1. Coaching and mentoring on employability skills
2. Finding job opportunities
3. Referring customers to external support networks where necessary
4. Accurately documenting customer information within Workskil Australia and Government systems
You’ll also have:
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Working independently and as part of a team
7. Ability to achieve individual targets and work to clearly defined KPIs
8. Strong administration skills and IT literacy, including data entry, Word, Excel and Outlook
9. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
