Inspiring and Leading the Team
Lead and motivate staff, ensuring high levels of engagement, productivity and morale. Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews. Lead by example in sales activities and delivering exceptional customer service. Creating a Safe and Positive Environment

Champion our GREATER program to ensure customers receive the best service. Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly. Actively pursue and maintain trade and retail business relationships. Staying on Top of Reporting and Administration
