About the Role Primary responsibilities include: To translate the college unit materials and content into engaging online materials to enhance student learning experiences via the Learning Management System and course authoring tools. Project manage delivery of online eLearning content for each unit within the set timeline provided and with accuracy. Develop resources and provide training manual to support the effective use of e-learning for student success. Selection Criteria To be successful in this role, applicants must address the selection criteria below and attach their response as a separate document in the application process. Qualifications and Professional Standing: Possession of a relevant degree level qualification in education, instructional design, curriculum development, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience/ training. Committed Christian involved in a local congregation. Experience (3+ years) working in a Learning Designer role, curriculum mapping and creating learning outcomes or equivalent. Experience in a higher education setting (or equivalent) would be an advantage. Experience in using Learning Management System (Totara) and "Articulate 360" and a range of tools, such as SCORM, HTML, XML, Adobe. Knowledge of regulatory threshold standards such as TEQSA, ESOS, and AQF, ensuring compliance in new courses.
