The Store Manager Accelerator Program (SMAP)
This 6-month program has been created for high potential candidates to have accelerated progression into a Store Manager role with Coles.
You'll experience hands-on practical learning through store placements, shadowing opportunities, self-paced and facilitator-led training, mentoring, and coaching as part of a close-knit cohort.
Upon completion, you'll be fully ready to take on the role of Store Manager, with the opportunity to lead over 100 employees and advance further in your retail career.
You'll receive post-program support and the opportunity for further progression throughout the group to continue to fuel your passion for a career in retail.
