New clients are signing up to our solution every week, where we work closely with real estate offices, agents, and property managers to help drive brand awareness, engagement and lead generation through vendor-paid and agent/office ads across digital channels (notably Facebook, Instagram, and Google Display). Please note that this is a 12-month fixed term contract role.What will you be doing?This dynamic role offers task diversity, while allowing some creative freedom.Client digital marketingCreate, publish and manage both vendor and agent/office digital campaigns in a fast-paced environment.Publish high quality campaigns to minimise error rate and optimise results.Conduct daily optimization checks to monitor ad performance throughout the campaign duration.Ensure brand consistency and understanding of client requirements through collaboration.Ensure deliverables are to a high quality and standard, identifying any potential opportunities for improvement.Customer experience and visionMonitor the shared digital ads inbox, responding to queries in a timely, effective manner.Use data insights to make data driven decisions and drive maximum customer value.Stakeholder Engagement & PeopleMaintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.Assist the team in completing deliverables and tasks by the end of the day.Maximise opportunities to promote Our Digital Ads Platforms products and grow the brand.Are you the right fit?You need to have:Excellent verbal and written communicate skills.Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, time manage, multi-task, and problem solve.Ability to work independently and as a contributing, collaborative team member.Ability to assess the effectiveness of processes and procedures and recommend improvements.Paid digital advertising experience (ie.
