About the role: In this role, you will deliver mental health assessment and brief intervention through home visits/outreach and or virtual care services. As part of the work, you will operate within a bio-psycho-social-cultural approach and provide care navigation to children, young people and their families, to improve mental health, social and emotional well-being. You'll be supported by the Aboriginal Mental Health Workforce. In addition to this, we will also ensure access to Children and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) education framework, Ministry of Health training/networks, and other relevant professional development opportunities. For Nursing, current unrestricted registration with AHPRA & meet the requirement for Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2, hold required post graduate qualifications in the specialty field and meet the experience requirements for appointment under the NSW Public Health System Nurses' & Midwives' State Award. Current unrestricted Australian drivers' licence.
