About the Role:
We are looking to appoint 2 part time positions on a job share basis.
Ideally, we would like the hours of each role to be across 5 days as follows:
8.30am – 1pm and 12.30pm – 5pm (with ½ hour handover)
Concierge
* Connect visitors with the relevant internal staff member/s, including clients who are attending an appointment, group activity or our Residential Program.
* Support Customer Service Officers to receive incoming phone calls and conduct warm transfers of calls internally and externally.
* Monitor email enquiries, including respond to or distribute to relevant person in a timely manner
* Manage swipe card passes for visitors (such as contractors), as required.
* Manage all inbound and outbound mail and distribute accordingly.
* Ensure visitors adhere to safety requirements, including signing in and wearing visitors’ badge.
Client Services Support
* Assist clients and potential clients interested in services. This may include providing general information about services and supporting the person to place a service request.
* Support Customer Service Officers to complete client administration.
About You:
Knowledge, Skills & Previous Experience
* High levels of computer literacy using a range of Microsoft Office computer packages including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel.
* Previous experience in similar role with a similar organisation.
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
* Well-developed engagement, listening and telephone skills.
* Experienced and skilled in accurate data entry, Salesforce experience preferred.
* Personal experience of living with or supporting a person with a disability is highly valued.
* Mature and professional approach and presentation.
* Demonstrates confidentiality and handling of others needs for personal privacy.
* Is flexible: adapts to changing circumstances, and prioritises work and addresses what is important.
* Is collaborative: works with others to achieve common goals, and engenders teamwork.
* Demonstrates appropriate interpersonal skills, active listening, empathy, social awareness and emotional intelligence in communications, problem solving and conflict resolution.
