We're seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support the development and delivery of residential apartment construction upgrade projects, including high-rise apartment upgrades and acquisition initiatives.

Job Description: The services requested for this role is to provide project management support services contributing to the development and delivery of the influx of acquisition and other residential construction/high rise building apartment upgrade projects.
These activities include but are not limited to quality assurance audits, project documentation, monitoring of project plans, etc.
to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards and within agreed scope.
Essential Requirements Project/Program administration experience within Fire Safety industry .
Knowledge of Fire safety systems and maintenance requirement as per AS1851 Advanced MS excel, Outlook, data management and reporting skills.
Experience with residential construction projects carrying out quality audits Experience with project management assisting to deliver residential construction upgrade projects.
Current Driver's License and willing to carry out on-site inspection 3-4 days/week **Further details available upon request** APPLY NOW!
